Malaga Office and Warehouse

CMP were engaged to Design and Construct a HVAC Solution for this 680m2 2 Story Office and 2,000m2 Warehouse compliant to the clients Brief an line with current codes and regulations.

Office Area

With the assistance of John Healey from Healey Engineering CMP installed Temerzone Ducted Units thermally zoned to the office areas to limit temperature fluctuation. Ac units were roof mounted behind cosmetic screening to restrict vision from the frontage. Flowtech WA were engaged to complete the Air Balancing and Commissioning under witness from the Engineer and CMP. All systems passed design with flying colours and the client is due to move in over the coming weeks.

Warehouse Area

CMP Installed 8 off Braemar Evaporative Coolers to provide some comfort to the warehouse area. Supply Air into the area was via Fabric Duct connected between the units. Systems were controlled back to a central MSSB with a simple Run/Fan/Cool/Fault Indication Panel. All systems exceeded expected air flow design parameters without delivering any noise issues.

CMP were also engaged to supply and install the Compressed Air Lines and Upstands with the lines required to be run underground due to the above head Gantry Crane. This added challenges early in the construction phase but with the introduction of Ultramax to the contractor team, these little issues were easily resolved with the help of Toby and his team.

Overall the quality of product and workmanship exceeded the client and Engineer’s expectations and CMP once again was able to deliver a high quality product on schedule, safely and to budget. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the team for their work on this project.
