ACTIV Foundation Rockingham

CMP were engaged to replace some old air conditioning systems that were providing continual issues for the client after their 15+ years of service. Due to the longevity of the original equipment we decided to keep with the Braemar Units which had been reliable for the client. We removed 7 off Evaporative Coolers and replaced these with Commercial Grade New Units and also installed to New Panasonic High Wal Split Systems into the Cafeteria to provide some comfort through the Winter with the Heating.

Work was completed safely over a period of 2 weeks and included upgrading the power supply to accommodate the new systems, craning the old equipment down and the new equipment up safely during hours. Coordination with Rob and the Team at Activ was critical to make sure everyone knew what works were being completed and which areas needed to be isolated.

Once again CMP’s team delivered and the client is set up for a trouble free Summer period ahead to keep their staff happy. It was helping a great organisation who provides so much opportunity for people with disabilities chasing job opportunities. CMP also sponsored the Activ team who raced in the City to Surf this year.
