CMP were engaged to assess the dry mess and come up with a solution to rectify the issues regarding high temperatures in the kitchen areas. On inspection of the site, we found major issues with the introduction of unconditioned make up air entering the kitchen via the kitchen canopies along with the building being under negative pressure.

CMP issued the client with a phase correction plan to resolve a phase correction plan to resolve the issues. We have completed 2 of the 3 phases with the balance of work to be completed in Feb 2016.
